Wedding season in full swing!

Congratulations to Lucy and Michael, for tying the knot this weekend and allowing The Tartelettes to create their wedding cake. We had so much fun creating this 4 tiered wedding cake. 

Each tier was a different flavour. The first tier was a Red Velvet Chocolate Layer cake, filled with cinnamon cream cheese and cherries soaked in Kirsch. The second tier was a Pistachio, Cardamon and Rosewater Layer cake. The third tier was a Lemon and Blueberry layer cake filled with lemon curd, Chantilly cream and fresh blueberries. And the final tier as a delicious Victoria Sponge, filled with fresh fruit and Chantilly cream.
